    While the exercises on this video were simple enough for my obese friend. The production was so ridiculous it seemed like a joke. I personally use high quality exercise videos such as Jillian Michael’s and Jackie Warner. I’ve even used the Biggest Loser workouts which I think are really great, but still just a little too advanced for my friend. This video had some good reviews and I was really hoping it would be a truly good beginners forum. If anyone has any suggestions for a basic beginners instructional video, but with the production quality of the big name videos, I would be very grateful.

    I am out of shape and wanted to do some simple exercises with dumbbells. This DVD is it. Its very simple and the exercises are easy for me to do and I feel good.

    The instructor is not a chatter box, and the voice over clearly explains and motivates, reminding me to breathe and drink water. Nicely filmed on a sunny beach background.

    The Instructor first shows how to do the exercise then she starts 2 sets of 12 reps. The exercises are shown from many different angles making it easier for me to keep proper form.

    The program is about 30 minutes which is great because I am finished before I know it.

    This DVD is very good for beginners starting out on an exercise program with light weight dumbbells.

    I saw this Beginners Exercise DVD at my friends house and she told me that she likes this dvd a lot, that she has been doing it for 6 weeks and enjoys the simple yet effective light weights workout routine. I got this for myself and I Love it.

    I started with 5 Lb weights and I am certainly feeling the workout. I did 1 set for 2 weeks to get used to exercising, and now I do both sets without feeling sore anymore. There is a full body workout routine and a nice relaxation segment in the end which I enjoy a lot.

    The exercises are simple and are doable, I feel Great and can see my body getting toned. I exercise every other day. I walk for a hour every day. I have changed my eating habits, I eat Healthy and I am on my way. I lost 8 Lbs in 3 weeks. Exercise works if you do it.

    This beginners weights exercise DVD claims to be about 40 minutes long, but that includes a lengthy relaxation time. This DVD is perfect for my husband and me, I use 5 pound weights and he uses 10…It’s not too long and includes warm-up, arms, legs, and abs, cool-down. I could definitley tell a difference in all of the areas I’m working after 3 weeks of exercising every day to every other day.

    Great Beginners Lightweights / Dumbbells Exercise Fitness DVD.I Love It!

    The exercises are not hard to follow Sunshine explains and first shows the exercise and does 2 sets of 12 times per set. She encourages and reminds to breathe. It’s really easy to follow and the moves are perfect.

    There is a few minutes of warm-up, about 25 minutes of exercises with weights for all the muscle groups, abdominal exercises, a cool down with stretching and a beautiful relaxation in the end with flowers, dolphins and nature which leaves me feeling Great.

    I started with 5 Lb weights and I feel that I have gained strength in the past few weeks since I got this Fun Beginners DVD. I have lost weight and my body is more firm and toned.

    I like using this Beginner exercises DVD on days when I want to do a fast easy 30 minute dumbbells workout routine.

    The Music is nice and suits the routine, sometimes I mute the music and use my own music cds.

    I have to say that the location of the DVD is great, the exercises are done on a nice sunny beach. The location is very beautiful and peaceful I feel like I am there.

    Certainly one of the best beginners weights exercises DVD. Recommended.
